First impression? Proenza Schouler. No, I am not accusing anyone of plagarism, I just find it remarkably similar to the clutch that I’m still so obsessed over. Not an exact copy, but if I placed both the Burberry Prorsum Armour Stud Sling Bag (shown above) and Proenza Schouler clutch side by side almost anyone would assume they were the same collection. In other words, a good thing; since this just means that Mr Bailey is getting more and more sophisticated.

And for those who have been living under a rock all this while, that’s Burberry CEO Angela Ahrendts, totally rocking the Burberry Prorsum Armour Stud Sling Bag. Which brings to mind this popular saying; ‘Behind every successful man, there is a woman’.

Another gorgeous sling bag, this time the Burberry Prorsum Plissé Python Sling Bag. For the uninitiated, the term plissé simply refers to the material being puckered, ruched or folded and in this case, this treatment is applied to the exotic python skin.

Burberry Prorsum Alligator Sling Bag is another one of my personal favourites. Adorned with dome-shaped nail heads and a simple brass buckle clasp, it measures 39 cm by 18 cm. As with all the bags featured in this post, they all come with double straps, of which one is removable.

With its edgy metal hardware and deep navy blue alligator skin, this Armour Stud bag from Burberry handbags is one imposing accessory.

I’m not sure I’d want to carry anything quite this menacing, but it could be just the accessory that edgier girls need to make a style statement. And while I’m not sure it’d work with my wardrobe, I can’t help admiring it. The use of differently shaped and sized studs is inspired, and a great complement to that opulent alligator skin. The geometric design created by the metal accents is another marvel.

Burberry bags has obviously spent a lot of time getting the looks just right, but it’s a shame that it hasn’t paid as much attention to the practicalities. This is a fairly large purse, so its single zippered pocket is left with a lot of responsibility. The addition of a few open pouches would have made organization much simpler.

And while I appreciate the choice of carrying options, it seems a cross-body strap would have made lugging this burberry bags much easier. The shoulder strap is a good start, but I can’t imagine ever using the short handle once this Armour Stud Sling bag is full.

I never expect an authentic alligator skin accessory to come cheaply, but I was still shocked by the price tag attached to this Burberry bag. At $14,500, it’s much too rich for me.

Checkered design may be the signature among Burberry handbags creations, but time passes and they seem to create something new. These days, we’re seeing knotted detail on most of their bag designs, so that said, this Burberry Metallic Lambskin Sling Bag didn’t any more bring much surprise.

Perhaps this bag would work during those days when you want to show a luxurious look since coming in metallic gold color definitely makes this Burberry Bags a luxury. This is made from supple Italian lambskin leather, and it indeed shows knotted detailing on the sides of the front and back. This as well creates pleated effect, which already adds design to its rather simple totality. A logo plaque then sits on the front for branding.

This Burberry Bags  is actually small at 13 x 6 x 1½ inches. It opens through a zip along the top, and it would show the signature checkered design on the lining and with an extra zip pocket. The top handle then has 6½-inch of drop to hold.

If you’re the type who doesn’t want to explore on things much, particularly with regards to your fashion styling, perhaps you’re simply in your comfort zone, always wearing something classic. Probably you also have a lot of classic bags to go with your classic outfit.

This bag comes in the usual tan shade and it is designed with the signature checkered print pattern throughout. What makes this new is the canvas belt that gently cinches this entire bag. Buckles also cinch the sides of this handbag, giving it a somewhat structured silhouette.

This Burberry Belted bag looks kind of large, enough to carry your daily stuff. This then has a canvas strap, and it is finished with a gleaming logo plate on the top center front.

With the timelessness and versatility of this Burberry Purses, it should be worth its tag of $1,295.

Burberry handbags is the latest fashion label to show us some love. The British brand has launched a line of heart-print purses just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The collection includes a range of four differently-sized bags from small shoulder purses to large totes. Each tote features Burberry’s iconic nova plaid pattern overlaid with whimsical hearts. Or in the case of the Confetti Hearts tote, the hearts become part of the checkered print!

While the burberry bags are ideal for Valentine’s Day gifts, I’m not sure about their staying power once the Hallmark holiday is over. The youthful designs might appeal to teens, but older fashion fans will probably pass these over for more sophisticated styles. Personally I prefer the more subtle hearts bags the brand released not too long ago.

They’re not priced for a younger demographic, with the smallest Painted Hearts Hobo Bag retailing for $295. If the large Painted Hearts Tote has you swooning, you’ll need to pay $695. These aren’t exorbitant prices by designer standards, but they do seem a little steep for a seasonal novelty.
